Anyway, enough about football...here are my January favourites!
Nail Polish
With the extreme weather changes from +15 to -27 in January, I thought these two polishes represented the month quite well! Dollish Polish Expecto Patronum was one of the first indie polishes I ever saw, and it still remains one of my favourites. The green glitter in the milky white crelly base gives the polish an icy look that is just so beautiful. On the other end of the spectrum is Nicole by OPI Hit the Lights from the new Selena Gomez collection, a vibrant sunshine yellow. Yellow nail polishes are my favourite, and this one is amazing!

TV Show
After my confession a couple posts ago about my new obsession, it should come as no surprise that The Vampire Diaries is my new favourite show. Actually, I'm writing this post while watching the first season finale! I think it's becoming time for an intervention, because all I want to do is marathon this show.
Movie
Song
Moulin Rouge! is my #1 favourite movie ever, and I recently rediscovered my love for the soundtrack this past week. I listened to it on repeat on my way home from work on Wednesday, much to the judgement of the man beside me to gave me an epic side-eye when Come What May started yet again. Hey, it's his fault for creeping my ipod screen, right? :)
Book
Boundless by Cynthia Hand is the third and last book in the fantastic Unearthly series. This series is one of the best YA series I've ever read, and I had been anxiously waiting for Boundless to come out since last January. I had set impossibly high expectations for this book, and it was just as good as I had hoped. While I wasn't 100% pleased with the ending, I know a lot of fans were and that doesn't detract from the series as a whole. And how gorgeous is that cover?!
